Jan 31.......

Okay lets start with the good....down 6 pounds this month......thank you Duck....

Bad news...no race this weekend....7 degrees out is just to dang cold to run....I think the high will be 13 and that is at 5:00pm the race is at 9:00am......Not mentally prepared either with all the stuff going on at home...so looks like the dual will be my first this season.

As for everything else.....it has settled down a bit...... :worried: I think

I ran 3.5 in 40 degrees yesterday. I don't see how you do it. The whole time my pepee was inverted...:worried: Keep up the good work!!

Don't wory about the race - it is not fun to run in that cold air anyhow! You'll be so happy in bed under the warm blankets :)

Turtle...something us girls don't have to worry about...lol....I can handle 15 degrees as long as there is no wind....but single didgits is just way to cold....

anyway....Yesterday was leg day....OMG she worked me hard.....I need to get the info from Duck and then I will post it....awesome leg day!!

Standing lunges w db's (12 x 20)
Moved to smith lunges (10 x 65) x 2 (8 x 75)
Single leg ext (10 x 30) x 4
Seated leg curls (10 x 60) x 3
Romanian Deadlifts (10 x 45) (10 x 65) x 2
Seated calf raises (10 x 135) x 2 (8 x 145)
Standing calf raises (15 toes in/out) x 3
