Jan 16th..

Okay my mian goal today it to up those cals....Body is feeling great with more cals right now. Yesterday was stressful and today will be also since I have 5 kids at my house all day and two are not mine. I need to add some higher cal foods...flax and natty pb will help up them...training? I doubt it...have kids until I go to work...If they are open. Tried to train yesterday and they were closed due to no power and now I have two extra kids that I can't put into the day care....UGHHHHHHH So Im trying to think of something here lol

btw, lol @ the word "humility" being dropped in the womens forum. ya know what? add wisdom to that....

Jan 17th.......
Woke up to some sore Bi's...thanks Duckie lol.....food was good yesterday....Today is swim and cycle and not sure what else....All kids are back in school....So no more locking them in the basement....thanks CK lolol
Woke up in this sleepy funk....Going to go to the gym and try to work it off. They are putting in all new cardio machines...so cycle I think it is....

3 Mile run
5 mile cycle 15 min....
15 laps in the pool....350 meters I think

Jan 18th.......

Still sore in the bi's.....DUCKIE....lol...Trying to get into the gym this am for back and chest....Then I have to go back and work which I hate!! oH but on my swiming yesterday....I am improving....slowly but I am!


Crap just noticed I have a run on the 4th of February.....hmmmmmmm....not sure about that one lol...a little to cold lol :qt:
