I thought about you alot today while on my park jog...anyone would have thought I was crawling...LOL terrible pace 6:15 per Km
 
Not bad at all.....RUN YOUR OWN RACE my friend....who cares what others think......I was just reading that 98% of the population can not even run 3 miles straight.....so just keep that in mind!

Jan 18th.......

Still sore in the bi's.....DUCKIE....lol...Trying to get into the gym this am for back and chest....Then I have to go back and work which I hate!! oH but on my swiming yesterday....I am improving....slowly but I am!


Crap just noticed I have a run on the 4th of February.....hmmmmmmm....not sure about that one lol...a little to cold lol :qt:

Your going hard on the weights now! I am happy that you are improving in swimming, sooo excited for you!

Food way to much to count....cant be THAT bad..but I did go out to eat :worried: Ate healthy all day and no I didn;t skip meals so I could eat dinner like normal......
