Dec 8th.....

Ran 6.5 today ....it was 25 and with the wind chill they said 15 degrees out...had a great run...still takes so much longer to get in my groove..lol and I ran through snow most of the way so my legs are sore from me being a little tense and worried about slipping.......

I always found it hard to breath in the warmer months, not as satisfying UNLESS early morning. I miss running. Youre doing awesome with it. Are you happy with what you've accomplished? any goals for the future? Did I miss them? if so sorry :rose:

Every defeat, every heartbreak, every loss, contains its own seed, its own lesson on how to improve your performance the next time.

Dec 12th.......

Yesterday I ran 6 miles.....super nice out about 45. Interesting to notice the difference in the performace of my body in the warmth vs the cold weather...Huge difference in my endurance and breathing
