Got Milk?

Why would milk make you look puffy? You would only get that puffy look from retaining water right? And milk has no sodium. So then what is it?
^^^ It's not about sodium or water retention.

Everyone's body is different and reacts in different ways to some foods.

If dairy makes you "puffy" and you don't like it, don't drink it. If you do... drink it. Simple as that.

Alright not drinking milk to get to cometition level is completly understable. But even if some people say it makes them look soft there has to be a reason! I want proof that when certain people say milk makes them look soft. There has to be scientific reason just like there is for everything else in this game. There has to be some explanation or I still wont bieleve it.

You could have this reaction if you had an allergy ...

just some info...

One scenario ...You may not even know an allergy (even a minor one) exists but when you remove the dairy, the 'bloating' or 'puffiness' made dissipate and so you think, eh milk makes me look soft…

Now you have a point there. But do you really think that every person that says that they look soft on milk has an alergy? Do you? If milk makes someone look soft JUST BECASUE ITS MILK. Then someone who is lean take this mission up. Take milk outta your diet...lets say 2 weeks. Take picture. Then drink milk for 2 weeks with the same diet Cals/protien/fat. AND SHOW ME THE DIFFERENCE. I honestly think that its just in your heads.

I think the bottom line here is two fold

1. Everyone's body reacts differently to various nutrients
2. There are more optimal protein, carb, fat sources than milk

It's not a bad food source..there's just better to use as substitutes.

It all comes down to your goals at the time.

I have spoken my final words on the subject. Good day gentlemen.
