Got Milk?

I am saying if you add Whey mix to your milk. Insulin levels if taken at the right time will also help your body use its protien as well. So maybe a ANPB and whey protien WITH MILK after a workout.... it just has to be used properly and propotionally like everything else.

Personally i'm against all dairy while cutting.

I supplement with Calcium Citrate to compensate...

although on a "cheating occasion" i'll probably have a glass or some cheese, ect.

What this will always come down to is what Works for you. Sarge and JMT are some straight up ballers but thier body reacts differently then mine. So try out dairy and then try cutting without. See what you like more. I never notice being soft and always feel good with Milk. Some dont.

^^ that's about the coolest thing you've ever said. It's almost sig quality ;)

Much appreciate brutha! You're gettin' there broski... keep that diet tight!

On the rest of City's Post: Agreed... individual experimentation is key. It's the ONLY way one finds out what works best for them, and them alone.

Hey guys,

I have alot of dairy throghout the day.

1 glass skim milk w/ whey
1 glass skim milk w/ cerial

1 glass skim milk w/ ANP b4 bed.

So thats atleast 3 glasses. and i dont make 8 oz cups either.

Maybe there is a bloat, but i cant tell its DEF from the milk. I dont look as defined when cutting, but even cutting i use MILK. I refuse to cut it out of my diet. Milk does a body good and unless in in competition mode i doubt milk would make any real difference.

BUT as CITY, JMT, and SARGE said, everyone's body is different and everyone is going for different goals.

BUT, AND I DO MEAN BUT, Your rest of your diet needs to be onpoiint before you need to wory if milk is going to hurt/help ya.

People that are training to get low bf >9 will have to start worrying to remove milk from the diet.

I say go for it. Get your diet on point.

And unless you are like Sarge(he supplements the calcium), the calcium in dairy actually help loose stubborn body fat around the midsection.

P.S. I hope this glass is w/ Whey or another protein source because it is still high in sugar.
GOT MILK?

i really dont know how you guys can do it w/o milk i love it. I have never had a broken (major) bone and i say its because of the milk. AND if you knew some of the hard falls/crashes/hits ive gone through u would be shocked lol

BUT SARGE EAT UP!! lol

My cereal is Kashi Go Lean Crunch 13g protein. + 8g from milk + 24 from whey. Preety decent meal.

I have always drank a ot of milk. But I have broken my fair share of bones. Both bones in right leg. Growth Plate, almost all my fingers. Oh well they repair stronger anyway.

WHen im cutting i have NO dairy what so ever in my diet. EVen skim milk has lots of sugar in it... which is where the carbs come from. Also, the protein content is not as high per serving size... you would have to drink like 3cups to get enough(1c=90cal,8gP,13gSugar/carbs). And yes, it can make you look flat.

** Oh how I miss a nice glass of milk...now that I think about it. Its been 11weeks of no dairy :worried:
