About the only good sources I know of are Whey, Milk, Eggs, Chicken..... That are cheap, then other meats.. but you have to cook those except for Whey and Milk. What are some good sources that you don't have to cook?
Is taking a lot of whey bad? I've been having a lot because I can't cook a chicken breast 5 times throughout the day.

Buy a 6lb bag of chicken breasts at cost co and cook the entire bag each sunday, frreze them and thaw as needed.

Or Cheese:)

Yea I guess I could cook them all at once then just microwave?

Thats what I do. I put them in ziploc bags, three per bag. then take them out of the freezer and thaw them in the fridge, I just grab them from the bag and eat or heat them in the mic.

Sundays are grill day at mi casa - toss a bunch of chicken on the grill and package it up into two day serving quantities, and toss most of it in the freezer. Soon as I'm done with this comp, steak's gonna be tossed on that grill too. :-)

you forgot canned tuna, chicken, turkey!

Add ground flaxseeds to your oatmeal/cereal/protein shake.

Nuts.

even gross stuff like spam is full of protein ( and lips and ass-holes too!)

I eat alot of the canned chicken from costco. One can has 65 grams protein. It tastes better than tuna.

Does seasoning haev carbs in it? I remember last year how we'd always buy spicy chicken from costco in huge bags and just heat it up for 2 min...nvm the sauce tasted sweet =/. Does the mercury content in tuna worry you?
