Taught strenght and tone yesterday so nothing real taxing....I need to run or do something but I am saving it for tomorrow....water intake is good, cals are good breathing is good, supp are good.....I am ready!! lol

Thanks girls....I will let ya know how it went....Lost 1 more pound on the scale and 2 more inches in the lower half lol...The rest needs to follow...lol.....
