Sept 13th...( I think)
Morning all....my daughter cracked her wrist so they put another cast on for 4 weeks...so took care of all of that yesterday....ran 3.0 miles on Monday...planning to run today and then I am done until Saturday which is my 5K....trying to drink alot of water ths week so I will be some more hydrated then normal...My water intake has really declined in the past month or so....So I am focusing on that this week....
so as for training.....
Run today and maybe a short non-taxing run tomorrow and then rest.....hitting the race early this time so I can warm up better and calm those icky nerves I seem to get...feel much better going in this time even
