I noticed your cals were low today...is that normal, or was it because you weren't feeling well? :worried:
 
Yeah a little low i guess. I felt better after the egg tortilla rollup, but the headache was not, so i hit the sack.
Much better this a.m. Much to do today, and for that matter the rest of this month. I think stress about stuff i gotta do in the next couple weeks is maybe the headache cause.
Actually i'm not really even sure what mydaily cals should be for cutting.

Weight this a.m= 105.5

m1: pro shake w/ 2 straw., 1/2 c. oats(measured dry),1 splenda, cinn.and 2 green tea caps.
 
Wow, you're going to shrink into a midget!!!! 104.5? itsy bitsy teensy weensy! lol

How's the daugher - and how old is she?
 
well scorpiogirl the scales said 105.5 today. Believe me i'm not teensy weensy. Just short and small framed, with toooo much fat and noooot enuff muscle.

I took my daughter to the dr yesterday, dr. seems to think maybe it was constipation :worried: , she hasnt' went yet either. I can't believe that could cause such intense pain, but they say it can.
I am thankful it's not the menstrual cycle beginning. NOT ready for that!!
She is 11 , until june. Funny thing is she is already as tall as me and wears the same size of shoe. ;) Apparently not inheriting the shortness. :)

Yah, having to go and nothing moving can be pretty painful! Give her a prune! lol

Thanks aries! :) I'm gonna check the grocery first and if they don't carry it, then i'll just get some online.
I'm also gonna bake me a batch of chicken breasts with the bbq sauce recipe i got from theshortone :p

snacks:south beach diet p'nut btr.bar, and 3 wheat thins(not at same time)

There aint jack-diddly-crap to eat around here :( I'm still flippin starving.
Gotta get back to work though, major housework help needed here. I've been kickin butt all day loooooooong cleaning house! whew!
*fyi; went to mcd's for the kids dinner and dd's friend that is sleeping over and didn't get myself nothing!! I did have a weak moment and ate about 6 fries. I am proud ~~ :verygood: ;) It sure smelled good on the way home, i couldve pulled over and downed it ALL, but i just kept thinking about bunny and the girls here and how that food is so horribly fattening and unhealthy and visualizing my goal!!! I'm gettin' there slow but sure :heart:
