B/C your puppy is so dang cute, I'm going to go easy ... I want nothing more than you to succeed & attain your goals .. really gets ya no where when others sugar coat it, like "aww it's ok ... try again..."

It's like *SMACK the hand* & put down that damn cookie woman!!! Learn some self control, you CAN & WILL do this... ... In the big Sis voice! lol

You are giving it the BEST you can right now, and that is all I ask ... now if that is good enough for you, then that is GREAT Baby steps ...

It gets easier, just don't give up

Good Morning!!!

m1: Pro shake(1 scoop whey, 2 strawb., 6 0z water, 2 icecubes)
1/3 c. oats (1 packet splenda, and cinnamon added)
2 green tea caps.

Truth be told, Dh was off work for the day and he and i went out to eat, just the TWO of us. Nice for a change.
So we had mexican. I ate a few chips and salsa, and the beef and chicken nachos. It has beans, the meat, cheese and sour cream and lett and tom. I left the chips off, since i'd already ate some pre-meal.
I hated to put down that i'd ate out...again.... i knew bunny would be disappointed in me.
Worked out in the yard today, digging up a groundcover that i hated. WHEW!!
m3: about 3/4 c. brocolli, and 3 protein pancakes with a dab of polaner s/f all fruit on them. PRobably 1 tbs in all, if that! 2 large glasses of water.
1 tsp anpb before bed, water.

I love the PUPPY DOG!!! Boxers are my dogs!!! I like that his/her ears are floppy too!
As far as your eating out... don't worry about what other people think of you... or that others will be disappointed in you. It's all a process of how you live your life. We're all here to support you... Try and help keep each other in line, and none of us look down on anyone else for dropping out of line.

Treilin, no no no Boxers are MYdogs !!! But seriously, I really love him to pieces...he just gets a little over excited at times(when people come over) other than that he's perfect He's about 2 yrs old. Do you have one? I guess bunny has one too, wonder if hers is a girl or boy. Mines still got his jewels, so maybe we could breed em' !

m2: 15 almonds, water
* gonna try really hard to keep the diet in LINE from now on. Summer is upon me...yikes!!!

Oh, he is just adorable!! Theres something about those boxers that makes u just want to kiss those adorable faces. Gotta be the floppy lips and the heiney shakin' that does it.
