*fyi; went to mcd's for the kids dinner and dd's friend that is sleeping over and didn't get myself nothing!! I did have a weak moment and ate about 6 fries. I am proud ~~ It sure smelled good on the way home, i couldve pulled over and downed it ALL, but i just kept thinking about bunny and the girls here and how that food is so horribly fattening and unhealthy and visualizing my goal!!! I'm gettin' there slow but sure

Felt great this morning, to wake up and realize "hey i didn't screw up again yesterday YAHOO!" That is always my first thought in the morning, if i screwed up my diet or not.(well after the "i gotta pee" thought )
Anyhow i forgot to post up my totals yesterday:

m2: 4 triscuits, tuna salad made with lite mir. whip and 1 boiled egg on a low carb tortilla. (i ate about half the salad so... 3 oz tuna, 1/2 egg, about 1 tbs mir.whip, and mustard, Diet coke.
I am noticing a difference in my stomach, it looks sorta deflated and pants aren't as tight!! I like this 40/30/30 !! Well i'm usually close to that anyway.
You can have a little MORE after training because your body will use it more quickly. An easy-to-digest protein and carb would be good.
Although it's ideal to eat a fat source before bed, you've also just trained so have the shake and a low GI carb source if you need more for the day.....or add an extra scoop to your protein shake. 900 calories ain't gonna' cut it!!!!!
