3 garden herb triscuits pre meal 5,1 strawberry
m5: 1 low carb tortilla w/ 3 eggs (1 yolk only) 2 pinches low fat cheddar and mustard , water.

**feel really lousy tonight, headache and no energy. No working out tonight, early to bed for me!
