since its the off season for me i havnt been doing vary much cardio. i want to get as stronge as possible right now. my goal wasnt even really to gain mass either (but it didnt matter either way). i have been eating alot of carbs and fats whenever too. this summer was the first ssummer i actually hit the weights.
k so in the school year i was 174lb. i had to stop cardio for a bit cuz i hurt my foot. i went up to 183 in TWO WEEKS. (IS THIS NORMAL)
THEN FOR AWHILE MY WEIGHT WENT FROM 180 TO 183.
I MEASURED MYSELF about three weeks ago i was 183. then the other day i measured myself i was 196 (is this normal)
someone tell me please.
oh ya im all natural by the way.
