Well, I've dropped the 6X2's. It was getting to be too much.
So, yesterday I did my max effort deadlift workout:
Deads 4X6@405
(decided to drop two sets, my back was pretty wrecked)
Chins, 2X8 unweighted, 2X3 with a 45 lb. plate
Barbell Rows 1X5@245, 3X8@225
Rear Delt Raises, 4X20 @ 20 lbs., went extra slow
Concentration curls (girly, I know) with a 45, 4X6 each arm
Tomorrow I get back to the bench and squat after a 6 day layoff, which isn't too bad in my mind. I'll be attempting:
SQUATS: 6X6 @ 385
BENCH: 6X6 @ 295
We'll see how it goes.
