Had a long over due break.. a good refeed and recharged my body. Wasn't expecting to get the response I did to it. Woke up Sunday morning feeling leaner, harder and more energized. Competition is July 9th so plenty of time to figure out my body and how it responds to things.. glad I made that call to take a break.
I don't weigh myself often.. every two or so weeks at the gym.. will get my weight today. My last weigh in I had gained 3lbs (bit discouraging) but seemed to be leaning out. Previous body fat taken two weeks ago at 137 was 15.9% Took bf% yesterday and it has dropped to 14.6%
