forearms holding back incline dumbell curls

hey,

my forearms get worked so hard in incline curls that i'm failing the lift not because of the bicep, but because of the forearm. is this a slight problem with my form or what? i've got wrists in to start, then end with wrists facing back. any ideas? thanks

I had that problem too. Weak forearms definatly hold back your biceps. I focused on my forearms for 2 months twice a weak, with very heavy weight. Definatly worked, i was curling 30lbs heavier on barbell when i was finnished. There is also an alternative, kinda quick fix easy way out. WRIST STRAPS LOL.

yeah, i'm definitely working the shit out of my forearms - simply too skinny right now, but i'll try to absolutely bang out another one or two reps when i'm at failure.
