For maximum strength what kind of reps should i be doing?

the classic line of thought says that maximum strength comes from low reps (think 5x5 program), however, the true strength you gain in ther kitchen... for any strenght program you need to eat the correct amount of carbs to fuel the lifting.

Moreover, as important as lifting is the recovery. Oh, those low reps need to be extremely intense, if you halfass it you will do absolutely nothing
 
Try this, i wanted to increase my strength on incline dumbells, warm up on flat bench with a set of 20, then do 6 sets of 6 reps on incline dumbells, each set increasing the weight, you must do the six reps so use a spotter to help you, do no more than the six tho. It really does work and i have used it on other bodyparts too. Good luck bro.
 
It really does work? Work to do what? You're spewing fucking garbage. What's the point of 20 reps? You don't need a warmup set with 20 fucking reps.

6x6 will never work. It's got to be 3x3, or 5x5, or 10x10. Korte, MC, GVT. I call 7x7.
