I have been using Amp 02 for two weeks now. My only regret is that I didn't order the two other products for the stack. My friend I go to the gym with uses NO explode and one day I let him use Amp and I tried his No Explode. I felt the difference and so did he. We both liked AMP better. For those of you guys who train at night do you have any trouble sleeping if you take the amp02. I hit up the gym at about 6:30 and then am usually in bed by 9:00 because i have to be up at 4 am. I just keep hearing how great the engery is, how long does it last?
