Food can be boring when you are eating clean, but honestly, you have to give to get.
I don't think soy sauce is a "no", it's just that it is high in sodium. This makes you retain water, but does not inhibit fat loss. The water you retain from sodium will disappear as soon as you drop your sodium intake. No biggie. I think it is silly to be afraid of salt when it makes food taste so good, and makes no difference on fat loss. Assuming, of course, you don't have high blood pressure! I use salt and salt-based spices all the time and have continued to lose fat.
Fresh spices make a big difference in food prep. Sprinkle fresh rosemary on potatoes, fish or chicken and it isn't so boring. Drizzle balsalmic vinegar on veggies or marinate meat in it. The hot sauce idea is a good one too.
I would drop the FF milk and the fruit. Oh, and the lite mayo (too processed). If you need something creamy o nthat wrap, try an avacado. Plus, it has good fats.
Add more protein to your morning meal, don't be afraid of carbs in the first meal - you need a little energy to start your day. That's when you should eat some oatmeal or cream of wheat (mixed with water).
I think you need more fibrous carbs, don't depend on fruit to give you carbs. Fruit is all sugar. Even the tomato has a decent amount of sugar. I would eat carbs like red pototoes, yams, broccoli, green beans, and asparagus.
I may have missed it, but how much water are you drinking? Any other beverages throughout the day?
