Hey Brothers this is my new log ill be logging for @Wolfenstein Austrix pharma for my peptides and ill be logging @Anabolic advancements for my oils.
Here is a touchdown picture for peptides. Yummy 😋

For those that don't know my journey im 47year young daddy trying be the best i can be. I started over a year ago with my journey at 155kgs im now just under 100kgs and trying to build lean muscle 💪

Ive just done blood work today so we starting fresh. Leessssgo

So today i did not get hungry once my cravings were under control the whole time. My energy levels stayed at a good level throughout the day did not go flat once. No crash in energy and was not over stimulated. Smashed the washing for the family 4 buckets full of joy 😂
Then straight to gym session after that smashed my chest then low intensity cardio after weights.
Got my father's Day present early my mrs brought me a smart watch for my training ♥️ so i can track my steps and heart rate etc im happy daddy check picture of stats i knew i was doing alot steps running around for the family shopping etc

Solid start brother 👊 love the energy here. Those peptides hit different, especially when you’re already on a roll with training and diet. Funny you mentioned the smartwatch—once I started tracking steps I realized I was doing way more “cardio” just running errands than I thought. Keep smashing it, and yeah, 1mg not 1ml 😂 we’ve all had those slip-ups. Leesssgooo!

Hey brothers Happy friday! today i trained arms and finished off with cardio. I tried out @AnabolicAdvancements Anavar today 25mgs tab was a late kicker about 20 mins in for me but when it kicked in my work out became effort less. I also took 100mg of test e yesterday morning energy levels are stable no pain after shot feeling good today. And took 20mg nolvadex this morning no issues.
Before training a took a shot of mots c from Austrix Phrama @Wolfenstein and today i thought id try a small shot of hgh 2 iu for training. Made my training very relaxed controlled session and not to aggressive like i normally get on too much caffiene lol

Monday mad leg day aggressive pump today i had to get angry cause i was tired from work and had to some dad cardio after work (washing)🤦 i broke some pbs on my legs session screaming helped me along with @AnabolicAdvancements test and Anavar really kicking in today and feeling amazing with @Wolfenstein Austrix pharma mots c and hgh with reta combo shredding me 🔥

Saturday was cardio and stem room
Sunday was legs day i actually enjoyed my session for once! Felt amazing today with austrix pharma @Wolfenstein hgh and reta and @AnabolicAdvancements Anavar was 🔥
Pushed heavy than usual less reps
