Are there any ancillary supplements I could order that would help my body burn more fat? I have Clen but I really don't like how it makes me feel on the average dose. I could take extremely low dose Of it (5-10mg)but is that even worth it ? I've never tried T3 but I'm not familiar with it, and I didn't know if it would hurt my Thyroid more than help me. I take 6g of Carnatine Tartrate every morning with my lemon water and I'm wondering if there's more I could do to help speed up the fat burning process. Or am I good with how the cycle is already? Feels like it's good enough but I'm always open for improvements.
