I bought sprouted corn tortillas and think of you when I eat them. Yummy! You had asked about them before and corn products are generally considered clean as long as they've been minimally processed. If you are ever near a Whole Foods, you should check out their sprouted corn tortillas - no yeast, no wheat, no flour, low GI index etc. Good stuff!
Oh Rooney They are aone tough habit to break! If you can cook beans on crock pot, or slow cooker, enough water (You may soak them overnight they cook faster) so you cook them till they are way too soft, and only add salt to taste...
Onece they are cooked mash them up (either blender or by hand).
Have a deep pan with a bit of PAM and add bean..(Soup) not too dry...once they boil slip tortilla in the mix ...(it will be soft really fast) so you take it out, add fresh cheese, panela whatever you like (it's got to be white tho)...and enjoy...Not too much fat really just HIGH carb...
But iy is so gooooooood and simple, inexpensive... :heart:

Unique ...YES! Guess what... I had a great back workout, heavier than before, I was doing the "front pull" standing up, facing cage with bar in the center, of course lowering bar in front of me, to waist.(????)
(Alzheimer took the name)...So I was doing it with 25/30 lbs...
and BF touched my back and complimented me on how solid it is...
Of course he knows that and compliments alot, but it felt good because it was during workout...

I did do 40 minutes ellpitical PWO just to drain legs they feel hevy not sore anymore!
Diet clean
M1 3 egg whites 1 yolk
1/2 C oats 7 almonds (odd number again) :lmao:
M2 3 egg whites 1/2 c oats
I have had 72 0z water ....ay ay ay...going to tanning bed now...
 
sounds like a cable pulldown....if it is - its a great contracted position for the lats

That is exactly it!!! Alzheimer...na not really just PWO idiotness.
I think that is my favorite exercise

I am getting ready to HITT and then work arms...
I think I have lost some BF, as always first in back, chest, waist area...
NOW comes the real challenge...

Diet has been clean! I have had some cravings for bread...
pastries, which I usually do not have...
maybe it's the weather cloudy and hazy afternoons...
maybe it's Daylight Savings...
and maybe it's just the cookie monster in me...LOL
Definitely not PMS, because I had a hysterectomy 8 years ago...
Wow! It's been long!!! Now thinking some, I do still ovulate, into the precipice..LOL...
Whatever...If I do not stop I could make it an endless story...
my thought for the day comes from Marketing applied to my life and maybe if you read it you will do the same...
The only constant thing is...Change!

Good Morning! I admit I went to the movies last night and OH-NO! I fell asleep...I was tired and today I am sore all over. That is what you get for missing regular workouts for a month...and then trying to jamn them back in all in a week...
Taking morning off, MAYBE I will do weights after noon...I doubt it to be honest...
 
Ok I did go lift last night, I did chest shadow's plan it was good!!!
Did not do any type of cardio...that's next...I am off to HITT.

Diet was really clean the whole weekend, and now I am off to the park...I think I am just going to brisk walk. i have a golf game set up for 11:00 hope that goes well!
