I would not recommend jogging for 90 minutes unless you were in training for endurance type events.

Unless of course you EAT to accommodate for it, so you don't eat up the muscle on those lovely legs of yours.

Thanks for all advice...NO I Do NOT JOG for 90 minutes, I have done it once in a blue moon, I was just saying I am able to do it if I need to...Say weekend trip that is mtn. bike etc...

90 min on treadmill is done is once a week.. Could never do it everday.. 45min to an hour every other day..

Anyway enjoy the day....

Good Morning!
I am soooo proud of myself! I carried and moved a "half orange pot" with soil and plant all by my little prescious self! Besides being slippery because (green thing that grows on wet tile) Forgot the word in english...LOL..."lama" in spanish...
Anyway it must weigh like 100+ Lbs.....The hard thing is the size like say maybe 3' diametert...
I think it was a good move!

I just hope He goes to heaven...He will not be getting better...
I guess we all have to be prepared to go visit the main man someday.
I just hope that when my turn comes...
I'll be able to say I loved dearly, Iwas not selfish...and now the joke of the day...I got my @ss in it's place...
I hope we all accomplish our goals, whether or not they are valuable to others...
They are valuable to us, because we picked them.
Some may think we are vain, or plain right selfish...
I see it another way, it's our way to love our bodies, our own small temples, we were created to give glory, and there are so many ways to do it.
I am not a practicing Catholic, so do not think I am here to convert anyone...LOL...
I am just sharing my thoughts for anyone who may need them, or may benefit from them.
