Florencia Begins THE SHADOW PROJECT

Ok Girlsssssssssssssssssssss....
Flooooooorrrrrrrrrrrrr here...going to bed...yes to sleep...LOL
Hope I can log on in Lake Placid, I am not taking my laptop....
Bike case is enough..I am getting hell from my daughter...LOL...about 4 pairs of shoes...
How can a girl look pretty with 1 pair of shoes in for a whole week? Besides they don't know....Their tough luck...I'm looking good! :heart:

Hello Girls!
I hope evryone is doing great! I am good...LOL..STILL in bed...
I had a wonderful time in Lake Placid, first time in the Adironack Mountains.
It was a long trip YET full of wonderful new memories and learning for me.
Of course I was like the dancing chicken in my signature...Just being a good sport and being friendly...LOL...
While BF was out biking one day I took a jog/run around the lake and did some HITT...and when it was meeting time I was hanging out by the car...and LOL some guys were there talking baout the race and nutrition etc...
and of course I joined their conversation....
when they got the nerve up they asked me..."What are you doing doing sit ups if you're racing Sunday???"...Ja ja ja...
I had to take them out of their misery and tell them the truth..."I am the revelation of 2006...Ney...my Bf is doing it...I am just working out...."
So they added..."So your BF MUST be a pro".....LMAO....
SEE WHY I SAID( in ear;ier packing post) A GIRL MUST LOOK GOOD...LMAO....Pros always have the hottest girls...even if they pack 5 pairs of shoes...LOL
I was alone during the Ironman race on Sunday and ran around the course as much as I could, I got some great pictures and of course I jumped the fence at the finishing line!!!
I did my samraritan work and took some pics of a participant whose wife was having camera trouble, So I must send those out today.
Had a great time in Boston...YES I ate clam chowder...sniff sniff

But I do not want to talk about THAT now...Let's just put it this way...My clothes fit...Ja ja ja..mixed feelings.
I am thinking about setting a time goal a real athletic goal...
I have run a half marathon had no training I just ranit, so I was thinking it would be a good goal....I am not sure though...How bad would it affect the project?
I think it would help speed up the body fat % burning it quicker...I had a BF test in lake placid tanita...17% yikes...had an 8 overall FITNESS CONDITION (Which I doubt) 9 being the highest 10 she said she had not seen...so...
I have to get out of bed now...I am going to go jog or do something at the park...
I will write later on today....

I hope everyone's doing good, like I said I had a great time in Lake Placid, and Boston...Stop over at Dallas yesterday and saw you me & dupree...please go see it..LOL...It has some great lines....and some of i think can realte to Dupree...
Girl YOU HAVE BEEN MISSED and are CHERISHED!

WELCOME BACK Miss Flor!!!!!!!!! Glad you had a great time, you were missed girlie!!!
Don't be so sure that running is going to decrease BF.... I have ran marathons and that didn't work. Sometimes you think doing more faster paced cardio like running is going to help and actually has the opposite affect of what you are trying to accomplish. That's why Shadow has HIIT training and not running in his plan. Running you are in a steady state of burning glycogen stores.. then what's the next best thing to burn..... Muscle... So you start eating your muscle away. That's why when I started the Shadow plan he told me to look at a runner's body vs. maybe the girl on the front of Oxygen.... Runner = skinny... less muscular toned, "saggy runner's butt'
Oxygen girl = muscular, feminine, not stick skinny...
Depends on what your goal is, and the look that you want???
I decided I gave marathon running a try and did not obtain the physique I was looking for... Gave the Shadow plan, and started hitting weights heavier, decreased cardio... and achieved and still achieveing the look that I am aiming for. So heavy weight, HIIT, 40/30/30 diet to begin with, later on maybe a CKD diet... but you have to stick with one program or another, one goal or another, not jump around or else you will get frustrated.
O.k. done with my .02 cents :rose:

I do not want to eve be close to the skinny saggy butt girl! I am happy to say the least with HITT, I just wanted to have an athletic goal....

Why not do a figure show? You have a great physique, and you have the dedication?!?!?
