Well I missed last weeks deadlift and x3 squat bench and row workout, but I started up again today.
Bench
235x3 (I got 2 reps assisted, 1 very slight assist, the other was a little more)
Squat
270x3 (felt the weight and decided going for 5 was a bad idea, these reps were good though)
DB Row
100x8
Comments: Well for not working out for a week and jumping right up instead of easing in with the 3 rep thing not bad
