Cycling has not bothered it at all!

My diet is clean and I did an hour of spin last night woooo hooo.....making bracelets to sell at Relay....baking food for the bake sale to rasie more money....coordinating walkers.....getting last minute things together........almost there...almost there
 
yeah something like that LOL....with 3 young kids and softball girlscouts Im just bored out of my mind......Oh if you want to come up this weekend and walk for Relay let me know...its in Milford and you can hang out with me LOL
 
May 5th...

Still eating clean which I seem to do better when Im not thining about it LOL....yesteday I was in the yard all day mowing and raking and planting ..but this am I am off to do a spin class and work on Relay stuff...this weekend I will be walking for a couple hours...almost done yay

I would do it!!! Unfortunately... I think my cals are getting to low to support such a walk. It's barely enough to keep me going with what I have to do! I love walks and runs :)

Yeah but exercise and especially fresh air and talking with someone keeps the stress at bay. If I sit around then all I do is think about it and that's not good. So.... :)
