When I was doing my leg curls today, I felt something popping in the back of my right knee. I instantly thought of you. Hope you get it all worked out soon. Do the best you can for now. :rose:

You guys are so sweet! Yep here we go......knee is not bad today.....Wed is my Dr apt...but I'm just going to take it easy focus on my diet and see what happens

Eliptical 30 min...300cals
leg curls 305 pounds to strech my leg out

Iced knee 30 min after work out felt good this am

Yep sometimes you have to drag yourself out of the hole!!! Way to mentally get control of yourself and not let emotions ride you!
