I guess so, but I want it for joints and would really like someone's opinion on both, which one do you prefer? Also thanks for the in site, but if you had to choose which one?
Fish oil is what I use for joints. Up to 9 grams a day. My knees are thankful. Stopped using it for about a month a couple years ago and my knees ached all the time. Takes a while to lube up them joints but it works, for me anyways.
Fish oil or calamari oil containing vitamin C Which is helpful our body. Certain Amount Vitamin C is good our health. It should be vary various ages group.
