How much weight?

i had to verbally coerce the bar up to me today. it just won't rise on it's own yet. i have a feeling that's because it's not used for deadlifts enough in my gym.
 
I can't take a good dump without a carbload.
 
I've eaten those ramen noodles raw,not bad kinda of a cross betw a biscuit and one of those shredded whole wheat loaves with a noodle taste..eat em over the sink though as there is much spillage
 
I've noticed a similar effect after going from a low-carb diet to a high-carb diet. I had been on an ultra-low carb diet for 4 weeks, then took off to Vegas for 4 days...where I ate like a pig (anything I wanted, especially carbs) and didn't work out at all. Upon coming home, I did a shoulder and tricep workout and noticed pumps reminiscent of the kind I get while on Dbol....so full they were painful.
