First work out after 4 days of mostly carbs...

thats what ive been doing the last month too. and my gains have been awesome. i might never go back to higher carbs.
 
i've been around 75g of carbs per day for the past 2-3 months and have dropped about 15lbs. strength has gone down about 5-10% but things are looking much sharper.

MM how much are you weighing these days?

When I first posted my diet last year, people said I couldn't grow off it.
 
I like to eat too much for 75 carbs a day.
 
I get most of my carbs from the mocha I consume daily and the asparagus and peas I eat with my meals. Otherwise it's all proteins and fats. Now, if I could just get rid of my addiction to Starbuck's my diet might go better...

Same here, but I gained 30 lbs of lbm on modified CKD... in one year... that peeps said I could not gain muscle on.

I worked out on labor day for crying out loud... starting to think that I should follow many of CC's posters routines
