i've been around 75g of carbs per day for the past 2-3 months and have dropped about 15lbs. strength has gone down about 5-10% but things are looking much sharper.
I get most of my carbs from the mocha I consume daily and the asparagus and peas I eat with my meals. Otherwise it's all proteins and fats. Now, if I could just get rid of my addiction to Starbuck's my diet might go better...
