First work out after 4 days of mostly carbs...

I rarely eat high carbs... however with no electricity, no resturants, etc... I was forced to eat a bunch of shit laying around the house. Pop tarts, cereal (had to use the milk), etc..

My masterpiece was cooking Ramen noodles on the grill. Laugh if you want. I soaked them bitches in water until they were soft, threw them on aluminum foil strip on the grill... came out tasting like thai Me Kroob noodles. I was impressed.

Anyway, back to the workout part cause I know you bitches on here wondering what the fuck working out is like.. I go to the gym and train shoulders/triceps today.

Shoulders was just 6 sets performed giant set style.

Reverse pec machine (rear delts)
upright rows - med width for side and rear delt stimulation
seated hammer strength side delt raises
seated front military presses

I did 15-15-12-12-10-8 reps for the sets 1-6. I only rested 30 seconds after the last exercise (mil. press.) before starting the first one again (rear delts)

Damn, after set 6, I was blown up like a mofo. the blood and all those carbs had me looking like I was wearing shoulder pads.

Did some tricep work and by the 8th set, I had to stop because they had swollen so muchit was getting nearly impossible to even bend them without weights.

I learned something new today. Carbs = good. (but only once in a while)
 
How can you rarely eat carbs? Everything good tasting in the world is a carb except one thing and you don't eat that.....you some kinda Martian?
 
I keep my carbs extremely low. No more than 200 daily.

I make up the missing calories with extra protein.

i'm tempted to call bullshit. did MG teach it to you? Did the bar rise up to your waist on pure instinct or did you need to verbally coerce up there?

How much weight?
