So....just for the sake of discussion....what about all those intermittant fasters out there who don't start eating until later in the day? Any thoughts on that? Has anyone tried it?
I tried about an 8 week period of it, just as an experiment. Bumped everything back to eating in a 10 hour window, starting later in the day. While some people really swear by it for getting lean and staying lean, I'm not sure it made a huge difference for me. Maybe I didn't give it long enough but still really felt like it came down to actual calories/ macros, for me anyway.
