Heylo, whats goin on? New to the forum and the juice since this is my first cycle. I'm doing an Anavar only and I know I'm gonna get shit for not doing test, but I had a bad first experience with the dart. I injected Sciroxx Ultradex (test, tren, masteron) into my thigh and got ridiculously dizzy and almost blacked out. It was enough for me to have dreams about my next injection and I decided to switch it out for an oral cycle.
Goal: It's one of my lifetime goals to have shredded six pack abs. I've always been a big guy, I was Defensive lineman in high school and pretty much always been a duece clubba. I don't need size or strength as I've already got plenty of both. I was to get cut and shredded without sacrificing my size or strength.
Here's my total routine and stats:
Stats:
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 225 lbs
BF: 15%
Cycle:
5 week Anavar
60mg ED first week
50mg ED weeks 2-5
Diet:
Breakfast:
2 packets of Oatmeal with skim milk and skim milk based Low Carb Whey Protein with Berries
OR
8 egg white and 2 real eggs, scrambled, 1-2 slices of american cheese and a bagel with low fat cream cheese
Snack:
Water based whey protein shake (2 scoops of protein powder)
Lunch:
Tuna wrap with lettuce, tomato, light mayonaise, 2 slices american cheese
OR
Turkey wrap with lettuce, tomato, light mayonaise, 2 slice american cheese
Snack (Pre-workout):
Water based whey protein shake (one scoop protein powder)
Dinner:
10 ounces salmon baked with garlic, marinated in salad dressing with a side salad or vegetable
OR
10 ounces chicken (breast or thigh), baked with onions and mushrooms with side salad or vegetable
Before Bed:
Water based casein protein shake (1-2 scoops of protein powder)
Workout
Monday: Chest and Shoulders, long steady state cardio session 45-60 minutes
Tuesday: Back, Intense Interval Cardio 25-30 minutes
Wednesday: Abs, long steady cardio session 45-60 minutes
Thursday: Arms, Intense Interval Cardio 25-30 minutes
Friday: Legs, Long steady Cardio session 45-60 minutes
Saturday: Optional Cardio
Sunday: Rest
I got this workout from a M&F magazine and I like the training split. I'm open to tweaking it though.
Any critique and help would be appreciated. Do you think I can get a six pack by the end of this cycle using this training/diet?
