I had a lot of fun, and i'm going to stick with it...so be prepared for more newbie questions
Here are my stats:
I'm 15
130 pounds
Bench - 150
Squat - 130 weak squat =(
DL - only did light deadlift work
So today was my second max effort bench day, i didn't beat 150 so that sorta sucks, but i'm not discouraged.
