Finished week 1 of powerlifting

I had a lot of fun, and i'm going to stick with it...so be prepared for more newbie questions

Here are my stats:

I'm 15
130 pounds

Bench - 150
Squat - 130 weak squat =(
DL - only did light deadlift work

So today was my second max effort bench day, i didn't beat 150 so that sorta sucks, but i'm not discouraged.

Thanks to everyone who help me set up my routine
 
That's great that you had fun, and it's even better to see another young lifter on the board. Hopefully you take this serious and set some records some day. for now set them for yourself.

Stick with it and in a few years you will be a monster. I really never even picked a weight up until I was 16. Consistancy, discipline and dedication are traits that powerlifting can teach you. These things will stay with you for your entire life and you will be a better person for them. I look forward to your progression in the sport. Train hard!
