I wanted to see what peoples preference in terms of flavor is for preworkouts and stuff like that. Fruit punch seems a popular choice. I personally like grape or apple. What is a great tasting option?
the taste of your pre workout is a red flag that they are adding sweeteners
you are really hurting yourself here. pre workouts like the ones you are using are not helping you build muscle or lose fat or boost your workout.. they are just giving your digestion more work and actually impeding your workouts
