Exercise and Eating Enough? Help

I began spinning (out of the saddle/standing) for 1 hour 4 times a week 2 months ago. I do fine in the classes, no cause for concern but it is the in between that is an issue.
Since beginning this program, I have been dizzy and nauseaus when I wake up in the morning and before I go to bed.
I also crave red meat a lot.
I eat pretty healthy, a lot of fish, salads, low fat foods and when I crave something I tend to eat it.
I also take a multi vitimin and Calcium and I drink tons of water.
What is wrong with me???
Help.

how old are you? what are the results you would like to get? you probably should cut the cardio to 45 min per day and eat more fats-if you go on a keto diet, you will lose weight just by eliminating carbs
 
I am 32, and eat moderate carbs. I get an upset tummy if I don't have some carbs.
I do not want to lose more than 5 or so pounds, I am 5'5" and weigh 125.
So I am just wondering if maybe I am not eating enough, or missing something in my diet to feel so crappy.
 
Craving red meat and getting light headed sounds like it could be anemia.. Your body craves things it needs sometimes.. Eat some red meant, and beets to get iron.. Suppliment with iron and see if that helps.
 
thanks...i had the doctor check for anemia...he said that was not it...
i am taking iron anyway, it is not helping it.

How many calories should I be taking in each day? I eat about 2000 per day, maybe with the working out it is not enough?

have you been tested for hypoglycemia?if you have it you'll crave carbs-
