What do yall think of my new training split? (on mass cycle)

Day 1 Chest/Calves
Day 2 Legs/Abs
Day 3 Rest
Day 4 Delts/Calves
Day 5 Bis/Tris/Forearms/Neck
Day 6 Rest
Day 7 Back/Abs
Day 8 Repeat

Will always go 2 days on and 1 day off so i can grow and also make sure i hit every bodypart at least once a week with the exception of calves and abs!!!
 
Umm... You'd be training Back, Chest, and, Legs on three consecutive days. I know I couldn't handle that. Unless you're on about 10g's of juice, you won't recover either. Personally, I think 2 on 1 off is on the edge of overtraining, and you're not even giving yourself that much rest.

FastLane my nat. routine is 1 day on 1 day off. Do u really think i'll be over training doing 2 days on 1 day off while on some juice? I am aiming towards doing a lil more since the recovery time will be greater!!!
 
2 days on one day off is probably fine, but I was pointing out that you don't have a rest day scheduled after Back/Abs. Day 8 should be a rest day, otherwise, you're training back, chest, then legs on three days consecutively. You're going to be doing heavy compound movements three days in a row with no rest. That's my main concern.
 
I go until failure every set. Usually i will also try and add weight to every set the last set being the most weight which i usually get between 5-7 reps out of!!! I take roughly 2.5-3 mins off between sets!!!
 
Which ones???

Upper, Middle, or Lower Trapezius muscles? Also know as Traps I., II., III., or IV. If u look at my other post i have shrugs and plate lifts down for traps!!! ;)
