How much EPA + DHA is there in a serving of Tuna? ...and cod?
I'm wondering if I'm getting more out of my pills than I would with the real thing, but I can't find anywhere with the numbers to prove it.
Currently, I take 4.3g of EPA and 2.8g per day in capsules. How much fish would I have to eat to match that?
