Hey guys, I've been trying to lose weight since August, and I lost 40 lbs from about August 19 to November 19. Then I took some time off to just maintain and relax for a little bit but now I've been back at it for about 2 weeks now, but I'm worried I won't be getting as much results as I had in the past because I went from 292->252, so I know it's going to get harder now.
I was wondering how effective ECA is with the addition of diet + exercise. I was also wondering, how dangerous is this stuff anyways? I know very little about it, except from what my buddy told me about it, but I want to know everything there is to know about it before I start taking it.
