Eating issue when pushing hard

Hey guys, I ran into a problem last night where after working out real hard, I started to feel slightly light headed and over all feeling really weird so I knew something wasnt right. I also started to get an ungodly hungry feeling to the point I had to quit my workout, normally I dont ever feel hungry. Here is what I ate, any suggestions of what I should change?

6'1 @ 190lbs 39yrs old fast metabolism

9:00 protein shake 62g
11:00 2 Arbys roastbeef 80g protein
3:00 nuts + blueberrys+ raw green beans
4:00 strawberries + protein shake 16.5g
5:45 2 beastdrol + CGT-10(creatine+glutamate_taurene)
5:50 2 raw tomato + superpump 250 +
6:30 workout
 
How much carbs are you getting in? I'm not in the berry department (don't include a lot of them in my diet) but I would say you might have to get more glycogen in to your system for energy, meaning you need more complex carbs.
 
the arby's roast beef has got to go. who the heck knows what they put in those. the bread alone is pure garbage. also there might be something in your shakes that is bothering you. lots of people have trouble digesting milk or beans.

before a workout you should take in complex carbs. brown rice and sweet potato's, they will digest fast and are safe to eat before a workout. the tomato's are acidy and are not something that should be in your stomach during a workout.
 
Good posts. Let me add, be sure to have the rim of the round you are inserting in the magazine in front of the rim of the round below it. It is pretty hard to have the rim catch and hang things up when it is already in front of it.. I've shot thousands of rounds through my various nagants and enfields. The only times I had a feeding issue was when I didn't play as close attention to feeding the rounds as I should have and the rims caught. Use stripper clips for the Enfields and load rounds individually on the nagants paying close attention to the rims (each rim should be ahead of the previous cartridge).

I have no idea the hell the last post means but thanks for the other few posts. I thought the arbys stuff would be a great for protein but maybe I will start switching it out for something else. I just bought some brown rice so we will see how things turn out. I guess its a matter of trail and error since everyone is different

You got to eat more calorie dense,nutritious solid food man. Try oatmeal with your breakfast, even 2 hours before your workout too! Add in some apples and bananas throughout your day, and most important- EAT LOTS OF MEAT! You won't build much muscle without it! It sounds to me like you didnt have enough fuel in your body(carbs) and you were prob training hard so your body really needed it. What would happen if you kept trying to drive your car really hard on little/no gas?? You know what I mean...
