How do you guys do it?? I've been dieting a LOT better than I used to, cardio training and weight lifting hard. I've lost some fat but how do you get that tight tight look, like you couldn't even pinch your skin on your body.
Diet as of now Consists of:
Meal 1-3/4 Egg whites with one slice of wheat bread and milk or oj
Meal 2-Chicken Tenders(2) with tbl spoon of peanut butter
Meal 3-Chicken or Lean beef burger with green beans or carrots
Meal 4-Strictly veggies or peanut butter usually 2 tbsp.
Meal 5-Home cooked(Mom usually makes chicken stew, roast etc)
