Drying out, and getting TIGHT

How do you guys do it?? I've been dieting a LOT better than I used to, cardio training and weight lifting hard. I've lost some fat but how do you get that tight tight look, like you couldn't even pinch your skin on your body.
Diet as of now Consists of:
Meal 1-3/4 Egg whites with one slice of wheat bread and milk or oj
Meal 2-Chicken Tenders(2) with tbl spoon of peanut butter
Meal 3-Chicken or Lean beef burger with green beans or carrots
Meal 4-Strictly veggies or peanut butter usually 2 tbsp.
Meal 5-Home cooked(Mom usually makes chicken stew, roast etc)
Meal 6-Either chicken or a shake but I'm out of money so no more protein tubs. :(

i know when i'm on fina i get a bone-dry look. No fat, but sick muscle. Train hard and stay dedicated and soon you will see results. nothing really wrong with your diet either, maybe bump up the intensity levels or look over your current routine. Everybodies different.

Is that you in the avatar? How much tighter can you get then that? You look awesome.

Mybe clean up the diet, just a bit. try this for a week or two.

Meal 1 4-6 egg whites/ with one yolk. 1 cup of oatmeal.
Meal 2 Protein shake. 2 scoops
Meal 3 1 chix breast, 3/4 cup string beans 3/4 brown or white rice.
Meal 4 protein shake
meal 5 1 chix breast , 3/4 asparagus 3/4 brown or wht rice
meal 6 protein shake
meal 7 1 chix breast, 3/4 cup string beans, 3/4 brwn or wht rice
meal 8 1 chix breast, 3/4 cup asparagus, 3/4 cup brwn rice

GOOD SUGGESTIONS, BUT I WOULDN'T CONSIDER THE WHITE RICE.
