I've read that they've tested people involved in accidents. A nice percentage of them were high. Don't know the validity of it though. I believe it though. The people I know when they're high shouldn't even fucking walk.

I think the test stated that the "..drivers tested positive for marajuana use." which means they could have done it in the last 30 days or so.
