Well an hour is too soon as I am still full feeling from my shake. But at roughly 2 hours yes I do. My diet right now is high protein, high fat and low carb.Bench numbers still going up! nice, I noticed you have got a lot of fat in your pwo shake with the milk,pb, and olive oil. I've always thought it was best to leave that out because it slows rate the protein is absorbed by your muscles? You may be right bro. I have never heard this.And then you eat a solid meal about an hour lately with some good fats?
