For me it doesnt matter how much I gain , I just dont feel big. I get plenty of compliments on my size but when I look in the mirror, I see a normal looking body. i was just wondering if any of you feel the same way. For instance this past thurs, I was at my 2nd graders science night school function and in the middle of the program this 8yr old looks at me and says ... " Mr. why are your veins popping out of your arms? " lol then another kid chimes in " are you a wrestler? with all those muscles?" I was totally caught off guard and it surprised me but I still dont feel big ? My wife says its just me and I think it is maybe its dysmorphia ? .... sucks cause im never satisfied with how I look..... Just venting alittle ... Cbodd ...

Yea I get that way sometimes to, but everyone notices for sure, sometimes we don't really notice cuz we look in the mirror everyday. Just the other day my lady said "stop working out so much ur getting to big, u look like a king cobra" lol thought it was funny, but I don't see as much as everyone else does, at least I'm doin it right!

I feel exactly the same way. My last cycle of test/tren I was up around 232 lbs and my wife actually made the comment that I was too big, that my size was imposing. I honestly did not see it. Sure after a workout I would look in the mirror and I could see the growth, but I guess it is mental because I just did not feel big.

But like Deej says above its others peoples comments that let you know you are growing.

the thing is, as you can already tell, others are going to see the difference a lot more than you do because you see yourself everyday, and its hard to see the progress... even if you look at pictures and you can see it, its harder to see it in person... I was walking into costco yesterday, and there were little kids in the shopping cart and they said "whoaaaa, look at his muscles" and I just started laughing and it made me feel really good, but for us, we are never satisfied... thats a good thing though, because then you are constantly working to get better... don't worry, im sure we all go through this and its only because you have the want to get better...

Being so tall, I can be at 290lbs and I feel too "lanky", and Im not the typical basketball player body type...but I feel like I am. People guess my weight and say 250lbs, immediately makes me want to put more size on...lol

You're always your own worst critic!! Go read the Greek story of tantalus, this is a great example of every seriously dedicated body builder! You may say you only want to be at a certain size and shape but honestly that will never be enough. The biggest part of body building is never settling or being complacent! You will always find yourself competing with yourself!!!

Im 6'2 and around 255, not sure on BF but that photo in my avi is a week old, any guesses to my BF level?
I feel small all the time, its just the way we all are i suppose. Sometimes i wish i didnt care so much about being big and in good shape because life would be so much easier, if you guys know what i mean? Alot of my mates dont care and just eat crap and drink 4 times a week whereas i try not to drink and try to eat healthy even if i dont really want to.
Ive got 8 weeks left of my cycle though so hopefully ill be around 265 by the end and maybe ill feel good about my body, but i doubt it

I know exactly what you mean! You just gotta snap yourself out of that funk brother and keep working at it cause 6'2 255 is fucking massive I don't care what you say. Ride out the rest of that cycle like a champ and you can reach your goal weight.

I feel small too but then again I'm 5'5 185 bf is 18% though but I mean I get complimented but I just don't see it. When I look in the mirror I see the same guy that was 140 pounds despite the fact that every so often people say nice things or my girlfriend says I need to cut back I just don't see it. I feel huge after a great workout when Im pumped but when it wears off it sucks. I guess Im slacking in the mental aspect of this game.
