do people really train biceps for an hour straight?

I was wondering if anyone out there actually trains their biceps for an hour straight or is that just crazy talk? Was recently listening to a video of Rich Piana and he was talking about how he’ll train his arms for an hour or even longer and really wear them down
is this something that I should try maybe once a week or once every couple of weeks or is this just buffoon at its finest

Training your biceps or other muscle groups for an entire hour straight is a strategy that sounds extreme, but has been popular with some people, including bodybuilders like Rich Piana, as a way to “shock” muscles into responding to a new stimulus. Such workouts are aimed at creating a huge volume of work and exhausting the muscles for maximum pump and increased blood circulation. In general I don’t recommend it

if you did it too often you would end up injured

keep in mind that your body will break down if you overtrain

the bicep is literally two muscles that's where the name bicep comes from

if you did something like this it would be once in a blue moon type of thing

I wouldn't do an hour straight of any muscle you're opening yourself up for problems
