Saturday:
Not normally a day off, but the motorcycle ride took a long time and I burned too many calories sweating in the leathers. Went to a boxing match shortly after and pigged out on grilled chicken. Struggled on keeping my calories up today. Next time I'll pig out more prior to getting on the bike.

Overall rating for the week: I'm loving how I can finally kill my legs every night. My forearms are keeping up, for now. I'm going to keep the same weights for this coming week, but up my sets on everything.

Weigh in at the end of week four. KILL THAT SHIT!!!

YES!! I called IDS today (makes waximaize) and looked into the gluten content... there is none! It's corn based and the 'Natural Flavor' has no flavor really. So I ordered some earlier tonight. Should be here by Monday next week. :) That will be a HUGE help in putting on the 15lbs of muscle. Today's menu was a little hard to choke down cause of the bloody heat, but I got close to 3200 cals in my gut (chowing down still as I type this).

Since there were a couple of punks on the dead lift platform doing what I can only guess were supposed to be power cleans I was forced to do my deads on the floor. :( Damn kids, GET OFF MY PLATFORM! (waving my stick) LOL! Even though I told myself I was going to leave my weights where they are this week... I lied. I had to go heavier on deads... that whole addiction thing, ya know? I added 20lbs to the bar and almost dislocated my index finger on the last set. LOL! My poor forearms are taking a beating, but they seem to be responding instantly. Thursday's deads to the floor should be awesome!

Overall, decent work out tonight. Squats were solid and I used lunges instead of step ups to finish off my legs. GAWD, I hate lunges!!

KILL THAT SHIT!!!

Brad.

I don't know that there's any love there, but it's definitely a 'hate' thing. LOL!

As soon as I can get ahold of Guardian (MIA) I'll run a few things by him.

The legs worked this morning so no falling down, but my right index finger is pretty sore. I REFUSE to use straps or gloves until I'm over 200lbs on that bar. ;)

KILL THAT SHIT!!!

As I sit here typing this I realize just how painful tomorrow is going to be. :worried: My back is a combo of throbbing and burning and being the sicko that I am, I'm turned on by it. My forearms are toast; holding a fork to eat is almost impossible. Sleeping is going to be a little rough, but SOOOOO worth it. I KILLED THAT SHIT!!!

DAMN IT GUARDIAN!!! Where are you? I was one breath away from puking tonight!! You would have been proud of me. :qt:

I had an embarrassing moment though; one of the guys who is always in there at the same time I am, caught me flexing my back in the mirrors. :( Ooops. He had positive comments, but I still don't like drawing attention to myself, like that. I was just admiring how well my back is responding. Sometimes I forget other people are in the weight room.

Yep, I was right... going to be one miserable day at work. :worried: GOD I LOVE THIS!!!
