I had yesterday off-ish as well (I had to ride my pedal cycle home from work) and basically slept the rest. Up twice to eat.
I quite like days like that every now and then.

Yes the new motorcycle jacket is going to get used this weekend... CAN'T WAIT! It was the last one they had and it was my size, on sale. I couldn't pass up a good deal.
Legs were Monday; they're better but the glutes are still slightly stiff. Thursday is deads to the floor and I'm bumping the weight up since my forearms seem to be keeping up now. Friday morning should be interesting. LOL!
Being an accountant has some disadvantages; they become very obvious the day after a brutal back workout. GAWD sitting at that desk all day was horrible. Constant tightness and yet I love doing it to myself. Don't they have hospitals for people like us?
