I'll have to wait until I get my home computer repaired before I post my week 4 update. (Have to keep my posts short from work). Let's just say the next two months are going to be awesome!!!
Last nights leg workout was incredible, but too short. I'm going to the floor on deads for both days now and I increased my weight on squats... and on deads. Felt a little dizzy after doing step ups so I skipped the walking lunges. I don't need to be passing out in the weight room... they might try CPR on me.

I'm thinking of working on building my own site that strictly caters towards the extremely athletic celiacs. Most of the sites that I've discovered deal with basic diet needs. I want to take it up a few levels. I want more people to KILL THAT SHIT!
Ok, brief update:
Tuesday night's workout - back - DID AWESOME! Everything was tight from my ears to my butt. LOVE THAT!!
Tonight is my night to rest and I need to do just that. Something I did to myself last night, after working back, has aggrivated my right hamstring to the point of causing a slight burning pain today. I've been stretching it as often as possible, but sitting at a desk all day isn't helping any. I may need to push legs to Friday and do chest/tris/bis on Thursday. We'll see.
