i'm 27 years old 170 lbs 5'9 with multiple injuries...torn acl, mcl, lateral and medial miniscus'....and i have two torn labrums (both shoulders). i have gotten surgery on all in the past 8 years. point being i can't lift like an animal anymore...i lift extremely light....20 reps on most things waiting only 30 seconds btwn sets...it sucks b/c my muscles have gotten used to this scheme and i am convinced they will never grow again. so i'm doing alot of cardio right now and trying to keep a super strict diet.

here is my current diet

9:00 am myoplex bar 28g pro

12:00 pm grilled chicken 30g-40g pro

4:00 pm myoplex bar 28g pro

5:30 workout

7:00 ON whey protein shake 40g pro

8:30 chicken with veggies 30g pro

this is pretty much my diet every day. is it bad that i'm only actually eating 2 real meals a day? i feel like i'm getting skinnier but not harder or more muscular looking. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. i'm not looking to get huge...just hard and ripped...i used to be 215 lbs 5 years ago when i was power lifting...i played the size game and know that is no longer possible in my current condition...which sucks!!! that is how i hurt myself...heavy squats and heavy benchs. what can i say...my joints suck...lol

thx

thumbs down

only two real meals

doesnt look like you have the calories or macros accounted for....jsut grams of protein

you can dial in the diet properly and work out as best you can and look great

do some more research and put more effort into food pre preparation to acheive success
